Shipping Information:

We're doing everything we can to ship orders out promptly, but are experiencing some delays due to COVID-19. Orders may take up to 2 days to ship. We appreciate your patience and support!

Free shipping offer not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Feel free to contact us if you are looking to place a large order from those areas and we may be able to offer you a discounted shipping rate.
Our Free Shipping offers applies to orders over $75, shipping to the contiguous 48 states, and will be shipped using the most cost-effective carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS or others) and the most cost-effective method. If you have a preference for the method of shipping, please select one of our other shipping options.

As we are located in Florida, ground shipping will often take only 1 day to deliver in most of the Southeast, and 2 days to much of the Atlantic Coast. We hope this helps you save on shipping costs!


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
In the event of our error, or merchandise we determine to be defective, we may pay for return shipping. This is at our sole discretion- we reserve the right to refuse this at any time. All returns must take place within 30 days of purchase.


 Coffee/Espresso Returns

 Unfortunately, as our coffee products are consumables we cannot accept returns unless the original packaging is unopened and undamaged. You may not return an opened box, bag, or brick of coffee. All costs for returning products are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for lost or damage during return shipping, so we advise you ensure your return shipment and include delivery confirmation. Refunds will be granted less shipping costs. In the event of a partial return, if you elect to keep some of the merchandise and the order total drops below $75, you will be granted a refund less the our original cost to ship to you. At that time your order will be considered as under $75 and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. All returns must be approved through e-mail- please e-mail us at our e-mail address with your order number and the item you wish to return so that we can authorize it and send the relevant information to you.


Machines & Espresso Pots

 Every machine we offer has an applicable warranty which is listed on the product page. For issues with the machines please contact us via e-mail with a description of the problem so we can handle it from there. For returns and exchanges on machines, they must be unused and all refunds will be granted less shipping costs.

If a machine is used, we may deny the return because we can no longer sell it. In the event that we accept a return that is used, there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund. We cannot sell a used product as new- our integrity is too important to us. As such, it is highly recommended that if you do not want a product, or do not think you like it you request to return it before you use it. We carefully inspect and test all machines and espresso pots before shipment- we can tell if it has been used at all. 

Order cancellations must be done as soon as possible, preferably via e-mail. Please be advised, as we ship same day in some instances you will be unable to cancel an order before it is shipped out. In that event, you will have to follow our return guidelines.
