Free shipping offer not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Feel free to contact us if you are looking to place a large order from those areas and we may be able to offer you a discounted shipping rate.
Our Free Shipping offers applies to orders over $75, shipping to the contiguous 48 states, and will be shipped using the most cost-effective carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS or others) and the most cost-effective method. If you have a preference for the method of shipping, please select one of our other shipping options.
As we are located in Florida, ground shipping will often take only 1 day to deliver in most of the Southeast, and 2 days to much of the Atlantic Coast. We hope this helps you save on shipping costs!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Order cancellations must be done as soon as possible, preferably via e-mail. Please be advised, as we ship same day in some instances you will be unable to cancel an order before it is shipped out. In that event, you will have to follow our return guidelines.
All returns must take place within 30 days of purchase. No opened box may be returned. Any return shipping fees are your responsibility, and we highly advise using an insured and trackable method as we will not be responsible for any returns lost in transit. In the event of a partial return that drops your order total below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be less the cost of shipping the items you've kept.
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us via email beforehand for authorization. Please email us with your order number, the item you'd like to return, the reason, and the condition so that we can review your request and process it. Any items received without prior approval will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, as our coffee products are consumables we cannot accept returns unless the original packaging is unopened and undamaged. You may not return an opened box, bag, or brick of coffee.
Machines & Espresso Pots
Every machine we offer has an applicable warranty which is listed on the product page. For issues with the machines please contact us via e-mail with a description of the problem so we can handle it from there. For returns and exchanges on machines, they must be unused and all refunds will be granted less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
If a machine is used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. As such, it is highly recommended that if you do not want a product, or do not think you like it you request to return it before you use it. Due to our careful inspection process, we will know if a machine has been used or not.
Machine Parts Purchase and Return Policy
We're happy to offer parts compatible with the Lavazza Espresso Point Matinee machine for do-it-yourself repair. Any self-repair has some level of risk associated with it, and we take no responsibility for any repair failure. High ticket parts such as the Motherboard and the Ulka Pump are always tested prior to shipping.
In order to ensure the integrity of the parts we offer, we do not accept returns for machine parts and accessories in any condition. Please make sure to carefully consider which parts you need. You may reach out to us for basic help selecting a part before your purchase.
