It happens time to time that some of the capsules do not open up when it's inserted into the machine, therefore water runs at the bottom of the unit

I like CT espresso because their service is great for orders and they have even been very helpful when we needed to repair for our lavazza machine.

I order this coffee for myself and for my restaurant. It is superior.

Love the coffee but not the price plus shipping. I realize you get free shipping after a $ amount but I would have to double order if I want that.
